Fresh Cafe 2009 - Inside Out

It is that time of year again - Fresh Cafe is now only a week away. Last year we had a lot of fun with over 350 young people on site, and this year we are looking forward to more of the same.

This year we have even more lined up than last year and we know that you are going to love it. In the main marque we have our usual cafe area with an amazing variety of yummy things to buy, games consoles and big games, not to mention our very own live DJ. Outside you can enjoy a go on some of the very best inflatables, volleyball, 5-a-side football and new for this year cage football. Don't forget to visit our reflective tent, which gives you the chance to look investigate the theme for the week.

On Thursday evening this year we are having a Swamp Themed party including music, competetions and lots more.

So if you're stuck for something to do on the 20th, 22nd and 23rd of July, get yourself down to Fresh Cafe and have some fun. We are looking forward to seeing you there.

Cross Section - 31/05/09

Call to Action

On Sunday 31st we held our latest Cross Section event... It was a good evening with a good number of young people attending. We linked in with the Global day of prayer giving people the opportunity to pray for High Wycombe, Their Friends and Family and The World.

We started the evening with Levy sharing a little about what Prayer is all about and how important it is to be open to the spirit and listen (as well as talk!!)

We then moved on to a time of creative and interactive prayer. Each different topic gave the opportunity to pray for suggested things as well as give the space to pray for the things God was leading us to pray.

We ended the evening with some fun and games in the cafe area. We had singstar going on the PS2 and a babseball competition of the Wii.
